Position : Project Engineer
Job Description :
Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders (third parties/vendors) to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Contacting potential vendors/third parties to establish report and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing project marketing initiatives.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks.
Coordinating project schedules, resources and information for the flawless execution of projects.
Track and analyze project performance, schedule and report to the management.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Education and Experience :
MBA, Knowledge of IT system will be preferred.
Minimum three years' experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
Skills :
Creative, passionate about being a part of early stage company and eager to grow with the company.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
